CD Projekt estimated to spend PLN 770 mln on game production in 2026
CD Projekt may invest between PLN 580 million and PLN 770 million in game development in 2026, according to analysts cited by Strefa Inwestorów. Capital expenditure has been rising steadily as work advances on The Witcher 4, part of the new Polaris saga, and as Cyberpunk 2 approaches full production. In 2025, spending on new titles likely exceeded PLN 500 million for the first time.
Most forecasts point to around PLN 600–625 million this year, though some estimates reach PLN 770 million. The bulk of investment will go to Polaris, with significant funds also allocated to Orion and other early-stage projects, reflecting the studio’s largest development scale to date.
