Shanghai Pret Composites, a Chinese company specializing in advanced polymer composites for the automotive and industrial sectors, has opened its first production facility in Poland, located in the CTP Opole industrial park (building OPOL 4). Savills Poland brokered the lease with developer CTP. The Opole plant will produce next-generation composites, supporting the firm’s global expansion, with existing operations in the USA, China, Mexico, and Germany. The location was chosen for its strategic geography, supportive local authorities, and adaptable infrastructure meeting specific technological and energy requirements.

A fast project timeline enabled quick technology relocation. According to Savills, the investment reflects growing interest from Asian manufacturers in Poland and strengthens Opole’s role as a key industrial development hub.
