Cluster Offices appears in Katowice
A network of serviced offices based in Krakow, Cluster Offices, will open its first branch in Katowice. The company will occupy 2,200 sqm in the revitalized building Dworcowa 8, which is part of the historic Stary Dworzec complex. The tenant was represented in the transaction by the consulting company Colliers.
The opening of an office in Katowice is the next stage in the development of Cluster Offices. The company has three offices located in Kraków, where users can use coworking spaces, serviced offices, conference rooms, and meeting rooms. All spaces are located in historic buildings, and their design each time refers to the character and tries to emphasize the value of a given facility. The new space at 8 Dworcowa Street will be prepared in a similar style – the old brick will be kept and the old purpose of the building will be emphasized.
"We prepare and offer offices and places for creative and comfortable work in central locations. We are primarily interested in original buildings with history and so-called soul, which are served by our great team of dynamic and willing people," Ewa Kucharska, President of the Cluster Management Board, said.
The property, located in the central part of the building, offers approx. 4,600 sqm of space.
