Colgate-Palmolive Services and Lux Med have extended their leases at the Diuna office complex in Warsaw’s Służewiec district. Lux Med Group, a private medical services provider, has renewed its lease for over 880 sq m and expanded its operations by opening a new Mental Health Clinic, "Harmonia," occupying 270 sq m. The clinic offers a range of psychiatric and psychological services, including therapy and consultations. Colgate-Palmolive, a tenant since 2008, continues its operations in the complex. Diuna, previously Marynarska Business Park, has undergone significant revitalization, including the transformation of a 6,000 sq m car park into a public park, and offers 1,200 parking spaces across three underground levels.
