Concentrix leases space in Global Office Park in Katowice’s biggest deal for 2023
Global provider of customer experience solutions and technologies,Concentrix, will lease nearly 5,200 sqm of space in Cavatina's Global Office Park office building in Katowice, Poland. The deal is the largest transaction in the Katowice market in 2023. Concentrix was supported by JLL during the lease transaction process.
Concentrix is a global provider of customer experience (CX) solutions and technologies. Concentrix operates in 40 countries and on six continents, running CX projects for more than 130 Fortune Global 500 as well as 125 new economy clients. It provides services in key industry sectors: technology and consumer electronics, retail, travel and e-commerce, banking, financial services and insurance, healthcare, communications and media, automotive, energy and the public sector. Concentrix currently employs more than 1,500 people in Lublin and Szczecin. The new office in Katowice is expected to provide more than 500 new jobs.
