Conferences in Poland trending toward festival-like atmosphere
Poland’s trade show industry is recovering and adding festival-style experiences, including humanoid robots, while keeping business networking at its core. In 2025, the country hosted 119 events, compared with a record 189 in 2019, and rented 736,000 square meters of exhibition space, close to 2019’s 760,000. Poland has 415,000 square meters of indoor exhibition space. Poznań hosted the most events, with 52, followed by Kielce with 27. Trade fairs generate sustained business for host cities through setup, event days, and teardown, supporting hotels, restaurants, and transport.
Polish companies are also building more trade show stands abroad: 80% of the 2,400 stands reported by industry members were outside Poland. The industry is adopting reusable structures and LED screens to reduce waste.
