Construction and engineering industries have chance for record-breaking 2026
B-Act, an engineering and consulting firm, forecasts a record year for the construction and engineering industry in 2026. The company plans to expand its services both in Poland and internationally, with a strong focus on Ukraine. According to CEO Adam Białachowski, B-Act aims to strengthen its presence in the defense sector and participate in strategic projects like the Central Communication Port (CPK). Poland is entering a phase of major infrastructure investments, supported by KPO and EU funds. Forecasts suggest annual infrastructure spending could reach PLN 200 billion by 2030.
B-Act sees opportunities in energy, rail, digitalization, and defense infrastructure. Lower interest rates and Ukraine’s reconstruction also signal a promising outlook for the sector.
