WPIP Construction has started building Wola Vert, a boutique residential project featuring 51 apartments designed by APA Wojciechowski and developed by Ciril Poland.

The nine-story building will offer 38-106 sqm apartments, including five penthouses. Upper-floor units will feature balconies, while ground-floor apartments will include private gardens. An underground level will house parking and storage units.

The development will include a landscaped garden by LAB Monika Rodziewicz, preserving existing poplars and adding new greenery for privacy. Benches and planters will enhance the space. The design emphasizes elegance, using cream clinker tiles, wood, and aluminum, with vertical windows and minimalist railings adding to its slender, modern look.
