CPD acquires majority stake in commercial real estate company in Częstochowa
CPD S.A. has acquired a 51 percent stake in Osiedle Kmicica Sp. z o.o., owner of a valuable 1.12-hectare plot in Częstochowa near Jasna Góra, as part of its ongoing Development Strategy. The shares were purchased through a non-cash contribution in exchange for 1,020,000 series E CPD shares worth PLN 3.264 million. The property, valued at nearly PLN 6.9 million, is designated for multi-family housing and services and has zoning approval for six residential buildings and an aparthotel.
CPD sees the site as a potential long-term hotel rental project, aligning with its broader strategic shift toward rental assets in Poland, Europe and the US, as well as properties for data centers and AI facilities.
