Largest commercial real estate owner in the Czech Republic, Berlin and Central and Eastern Europe, CPI Property Group (CPIPG), takes over management in the newly acquired Concept Tower office building, a few weeks after purchasing Concept Tower. In this way, it continues to achieve one of its key goals for this year, which is self-management of the buildings in the company's portfolio.
The 15-storey Concept Tower offers 9,000 sqm of A+ class office space. The office building was put into use in 2012 and is characterized by an elegant glass façade and a high standard of finish. Concept Tower is located in close Wola, surrounded by numerous retail and service points. Very good communication infrastructure, including the proximity of the second metro line, allows for quick access from the center of Warsaw and other districts. The building is Leed certified at the Gold level.
“By switching to the ownership model of management in new office buildings from the CPIPG portfolio, we are consistently introducing standards and procedures that have been proven earlier in our other office properties. At Concept Tower, we will be able to implement optimal solutions practically from the very beginning and react quickly in all areas of the building's operation, which will certainly translate into comfort and safety for tenants," Marcin Mędrzycki, acting Head of Asset Management at CPIPG Polska, said.
Currently, CPIPG has a portfolio of 14 office buildings with a total area of 314,000 sqm. Thus, CPIPG owns the largest office portfolio in Warsaw in terms of GLA.
