The Centralny Port Komunikacyjny (CPK) has reported strong progress in its Voluntary Acquisition Program, with 95% of residential buildings and 88% of land in the future airport area registered. Over 500 transactions have been completed, covering more than 1,850 hectares. Demolitions have begun on acquired land. Property owners receive attractive buyout offers, including bonuses of +40% on building value and +20% on land.

The parallel Railway Voluntary Acquisition Program (KPDN) has also seen high participation. CPK covers legal fees, relocation costs, and offers professional training. The new airport, between Warsaw and Łódź, is scheduled to open in 2032, with construction starting in 2026. The total project cost is estimated at PLN 131.7 billion.
