Centralny Port Komunikacyjny (CPK) has launched a competitive dialogue to select a contractor for its passenger terminal and three piers at the future airport in Baranów. The contract is expected to be signed by end of 2026, with construction to finish by 2031. This is CPK’s largest tender, with the terminal alone expected to cost over PLN 5 billion, and the full airport component valued at PLN 43 billion.

Only companies from EU or trade-partner countries are eligible, and must meet high revenue and experience criteria. The project includes flexible options for future expansions and a third runway. Funding will come from state bonds, debt financing, and PPL. A separate tender for foundation work is also underway.
