Creotech Instruments SA, a key player in Poland's DeepTech sector, has secured a €0.6 million contract with the European Space Agency (ESA) to develop components integrating terrestrial 5G mmWave networks with satellite 5G NTN (Non-Terrestrial Networks). The project focuses on ultra-precise time and frequency synchronization, aiming to build a 5G mmWave base station prototype with speeds up to 10 Gbps and low latency.
The company is also advancing quantum communication technologies and collaborating on major projects like a European quantum computer. As a leader in satellite manufacturing, Creotech handles critical contracts, including MikroGlob, Poland's largest space-sector project. Listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, it targets quantum technology as a future business pillar alongside its space activities.
