cyber_Folks has completed its merger with e-commerce platform Shoper, creating a single company with a simpler structure and greater capacity to invest in technology and international expansion. The transaction transferred all of Shoper’s assets to cyber_Folks, which will issue 3,215,165 new shares to former Shoper shareholders. The shares are expected to begin trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on September 15, 2026. The companies have operated as one entity since September 1, enabling closer integration of teams, technologies, and product development.

Shoper will retain its brand and platform, while gaining access to cyber_Folks’ broader technological and international resources. AI will be a key area of synergy, supporting automation, faster product development, and expansion into new markets.
