cyber_folks looking to raise money for further acquisitions

cyber_Folks has launched an accelerated bookbuilding (ABB) for up to 1.13 million series E shares to finance acquisitions worth €15–150 million. The group identified five potential M&A targets and aims to complete a major deal within 12 months. Following its acquisition of Shoper, cyber_Folks is building an integrated ecosystem of online tools, spanning hosting, domains, e-commerce platforms, and marketing solutions. Shoper adds e-commerce leadership, Vercom contributes online marketing, and cyber_Folks leads in hosting.
The integration has already generated sales synergies, with cross-selling of domains and online stores. Both firms are also investing heavily in AI and R&D to enhance merchant services, expand into cross-border e-commerce, and strengthen long-term competitive advantage.
