Czysta4 revitalizes Wrocław

BPI Real Estate Poland has completed the Czysta4 residential project in Wrocław, transforming a former shopping mall into a sustainable brownfield development. Located near the Old Town, opposite Renoma and the Opera, the project features 183 premium apartments, eco-friendly amenities like photovoltaic panels and rainwater irrigation, and a rooftop terrace with coworking space. The developer preserved existing trees and reused building materials, including stone from the original structure.
As part of the project’s ESG-focused expansion, BPI revitalized the adjacent city-leased square at ul. Czysta 4, adding greenery and restoring “Knot,” a sculpture element by Prof. Maciej Szańkowski from the original “Fountain of Memory.” The opening ceremony on June 25 included BPI and CFE Polska representatives.
Czysta4 reflects the 15-minute city concept—walkable, well-connected, and rich in services—and is BPI’s second Wrocław development after Bulwary Książęce. Final units remain available.
