Polish venture builder Daftcode, which was one of the first tenants in the Warsaw Spire office tower in the Polish capital, has renewed its lease agreement for almost 2,000 sqm of office and retail space in the property. The company, which was represented by Cresa Polska during the transaction, will stay in the location for the next five years. The 220-meter Warsaw Spire tower offers over 71,000 sqm of leasable space. The skyscraper is owned by Austrian investor Immofinanz.
