Defence.Hub plans to raise PLN 8 mln for development of anti-drone system
Defence.Hub has updated its development plans and capital needs, outlining a three-stage commercialization strategy for its anti-drone technologies. The company plans to launch a detection module in H1 2027, license AI/ML software and sensor fusion technology from 2027, and achieve full operational readiness of its autonomous anti-drone system, MACS, with serial production expected within 24 months.
To finance these stages, the management board recommends a rights issue of up to PLN 8 mln, with shareholders to vote on the proposal at an extraordinary general meeting on July 16, 2026. The funds would support mechanical and electronic components, AI model optimization, engineering team expansion and field testing.
Defence.Hub is also developing strategic partnerships, including talks with Lithuania’s AI for Vision Technologies on thermal imaging cameras. The NewConnect-listed company specializes in defense and dual-use technologies.
