Developer Dekpol has obtained a building permit for a hotel project that will be located on ul. Prądzyńskiego in the Wola district of Warsaw and will be the company’s first scheme in the Polish capital. The permit allows for the construction of a development comprising approximately 14,000 sqm of usable space. Dekpol, which is mostly focused on the Tri-city market, acquired the site last year. Originally, the developer planned a residential investment in that location.
