Deregulation drive gains momentum
Poland’s deregulation agenda continues to advance, with 77 proposals recently enacted through laws, regulations, and guidelines signed by President Karol Nawrocki, according to Sprawdźmy – Entrepreneurs' Initiative for Poland. Of these, 54 were signed into law, including 22 directly from the initiative, while 23 were implemented via secondary regulations.
The Council of Ministers has approved 144 proposals, with 59 currently at various stages in Parliament. In total, 500 deregulation demands have been published; 487 were submitted to government during the “100-day Sprint,” 238 approved by the Government Deregulation Team, and nine are under non-legislative implementation.
Entrepreneurs’ representative Rafał Brzoska welcomed the progress, highlighting measures such as broader access to cash-based PIT settlement and the introduction of “silent resolution” to address delays in public administration. The Government Deregulation Team, established in March 2025, coordinates these reforms.
