Develia has received unconditional approval from Poland’s Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) to acquire Bouygues Immobilier Polska (BIP), fulfilling the sole condition of the preliminary acquisition agreement. The €66.5 million deal (approx. PLN 283.6 million) will expand Develia’s development pipeline and land bank in Warsaw, Poznań, and Wrocław. As of the end of 2024, BIP had around 1,300 units in development or preparation (with 1,098 already under developer contracts) and an additional 2,800 units secured via preliminary land agreements.

Key ongoing projects include Viva Cité and Neo Praga in Warsaw, Vilda Arte in Poznań, and Vivre in Wrocław. The acquisition strengthens Develia’s position as one of Poland’s leading residential developers.
