Develia and its subsidiary NP 11 have signed a public-private partnership (PPP) agreement with the City of Gdańsk for the “Nowy Port 2030+” project, aimed at redeveloping and revitalizing the Nowy Port district. The company will invest PLN 1.1 billion (net), including PLN 187.6 million for public purposes. The project involves constructing over 45 buildings with more than 1,000 apartments and commercial units, along with public infrastructure such as a nursery, swimming pool, recreational areas, and roads.

Develia will purchase city land for PLN 142.7 million and receive PLN 108.9 million from Gdańsk for building and maintaining public facilities. The first stage, including a city pool, is scheduled for completion by the end of 2027.
