Develia launches 162 homes near Warsaw
Develia has launched sales at Sosnowa Vita, a residential project in Józefów near Warsaw that will provide 162 apartments and six commercial units. Apartments will range from 33 to 108 sqm, with asking prices starting at PLN 13,850 per sqm. Construction is scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2026, with completion planned for the first quarter of 2028.
The development will use low-rise architecture inspired by Świdermajer style and offer homes ranging from one to five rooms. Ground-floor apartments will include gardens, while units on higher floors will have balconies. The project is located near an SKM suburban rail station connecting Józefów with Warsaw, as well as shops, schools and preschools. Nearby recreational areas include the forests of Mazowiecki Landscape Park and areas along the Vistula River, positioning the scheme for buyers seeking Warsaw access alongside lower-density surroundings.
