Develia sells 2,500 units in three quarters

Develia sold 2,500 housing units in the first three quarters of 2025, down slightly from 2,700 a year earlier, while handing over 1,963 units to clients, compared with 1,797 last year. In the third quarter alone, sales rose 7% y/y to 801 units, with the highest demand recorded in projects such as Aleje Praskie and Bemowo Vita in Warsaw, City Vibe and Centralna Vita in Kraków, Orawska Vita in Wrocław, and Ceglana Park in Katowice.
The company expects a surge in handovers in Q4, which should boost annual results. CEO Andrzej Oślizło noted rising housing demand driven by lower interest rates but warned of shrinking supply. Develia maintains its 2025 targets: 3,100–3,300 sales and 2,900–3,100 handovers.
