Develia starts selling 191 apartments in Krakow
Develia has begun sales for the second phase of the Centralna Vita housing estate in Kraków. The project includes 191 apartments, according to a press release from the company.
The construction of the second phase is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2026, with the handover of apartments to residents expected between the first and second quarters of 2026.
TK Nova has been appointed as the general contractor for the second phase of the Centralna Vita estate.
