Dom Development Group has successfully met key goals of its ESG strategy “DOM 2030” ahead of schedule. In 2024, achievements included launching the “Urban Greenery” program in four cities, creating an interior finishing option for people with limited mobility, and ensuring 94% of projects met internal environmental standards. The group also reduced CO₂ emissions earlier than planned and achieved gender parity goals within management.

Dom Development increased its renewable energy use to 18%, planted nearly 131,000 trees and shrubs, built 1,200 homes on revitalized land, and expanded charitable efforts, particularly for Ukraine. The company's strong ESG performance underscores its commitment to sustainable urban development and corporate responsibility.
