Dom Development to hand over 3,100premises in '20
Dom Development wants to hand over approx. 3,100 premises in 2020 and hopes for better net profit y/y, as declared Janusz Zalewski, vice president and financial director.
“The unit value of the transferred premises will be significantly higher y/y, which is why we expect that both revenues and net profit in 2020 should be higher as well,” Zalewski added.
In 2019, the company transferred 3,482 premises to customers.
In the entire 2019, Dom Development recorded PLN 320.7 million of operating profit and PLN 256 million of net profit of the parent company with revenues of PLN 1.66 billion.
