Dom Development wants to sell a thousand apartments a year in Kraków
Dom Development aims to double annual apartment sales in Kraków to around 1,000 units within 4–5 years, up from 520 in 2024. The company is expanding its local presence with four ongoing projects and three more in preparation, totaling over 2,800 units. It plans to launch up to a dozen developments and expand into nearby areas like Skawina and Wieliczka, depending on land availability.
Dom Development also considers acquiring local developers as part of expected market consolidation. Kraków’s high average salaries, projected 3% population growth by 2030, and potential interest rate cuts are expected to drive demand. In early 2025, the company sold 149 units in Kraków and anticipates improved full-year results.
