Donald Tusk and Rafał Brzoska declare deregulation not over

Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk and InPost CEO Rafał Brzoska announced continued efforts to deregulate the economy, calling it a major driver of growth. Tusk highlighted that Poland is set to become the world’s 20th largest economy in 2025, surpassing Switzerland, with purchasing power exceeding that of Japan—thanks largely to deregulation. Brzoska's team of 600 experts submitted around 500 proposals, included in 175 draft laws, with nearly 20 already signed by the president.
Though Brzoska will no longer lead the initiative, he will continue to support it. Legal experts and business leaders welcome the reforms, calling for even bolder steps to cut bureaucracy and modernize Poland’s overregulated economic framework.
