Drabik Law Firm relocates to Diuna complex
Grupa Prawna Drabik, a Warsaw-based law firm with 15 years in the market, has leased 250 sqm in the revamped Diuna office complex (formerly Marynarska Business Park). Specializing in litigation, energy law, corporate services, and real estate, Drabik’s 30-member team focuses on receivables collection in civil and criminal proceedings.
Diuna’s recent transformation includes refreshed exterior areas, redesigned entrance lobbies across four buildings, and the conversion of a 6,000 sqm concrete car park into a public park. The 46,000 sqm office complex holds BREEAM In-Use Excellent, WELL HSR, and WiredScore Silver certifications. Diuna hosts major tenants like Accord, NewCold, and Ford, with 1,200 parking spaces available across three underground levels.
