Draft act on limit on ZUS contributions has been withdrawn
The draft law submitted by Law And Justice (PiS) on the abolition of the 30-fold limit on ZUS contributions has been withdrawn. Information on the withdrawal of the bill appeared on the Sejm website.
Still, the Left (Lewica) submitted its own proposal. This draft also provides for raising the lowest retirement and disability pensions to PLN 1,600, and the lowest disability pensions for people partially incapable of work to PLN 1,200, and also introduces the concept of the highest pension equal to six times the minimum wage in the year preceding the year of retirement.
