Duda Development starts construction of 213 Łódź apartments
Duda Development has begun construction on the Dyfrakcja project in Łódź, which will feature 214 residential units ranging from 25 to 97 square meters, including one- to four-bedroom apartments. The building will also include eight commercial and service units on the ground floor. Completion is expected by October 2026.
Duda Development, a Polish real estate company, is involved in commercial, residential, and office projects, as well as office and retail leasing and land acquisition. It is part of Duda Holding, a group managed by the Duda family, which operates in various sectors including hospitality, investment funds, and automotive.
