Van der Vorm Investment Fund, a Dutch firm, has acquired 119 apartments in Warsaw's Praga Południe district for long-term rental. This marks their expansion in Poland's PRS sector, managed by Margarethe van der Vorm. René Voortmeijer, CCO, stated: "We now have a leading position in the commercial residential rental market in Poland. And we continue to invest and expand: we still see plenty of opportunities. We focus on strategic locations, close to the station, the university, and the city center."

The KWKR law firm facilitated the acquisition. Hamilton May Real Estate handled the transaction. KWKR played a crucial role, ensuring legal compliance.
