The e-commerce market for services in Poland reached 171 million revenue-generating units (RGUs) in 2023 and is projected to grow to 237 million by 2029, marking a 6% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) from 2024-2029, according to PMR research. This growth is driven by increased demand, rising incomes, and the shift to online service purchases. Migration to Poland also expands the service user base. While single transactions currently dominate, subscriptions are gaining traction, particularly in streaming and transport services. The telecommunications sector is set to see significant growth, with packaged services expected to make up over 60% of the market by 2029, up from 53% in 2023.
