Echo Investment and Archicom have announced plans for a multifunctional project at ul. Wit Stwosz in Krakow. The development will replace former supply warehouses of the Kraków Fortress with five four-story buildings, totaling 26.7 thousand sq m across 3 hectares. Echo Investment will oversee the office space, offering ergonomic workspaces, amenities, and BREEAM-standard ecological solutions. Archicom will handle the residential aspect, comprising 176 apartments with balconies, gardens, or terraces. The project emphasizes greenery, with about 120 trees and nearly 7,000 sq m of green space. The location near cultural attractions, Galeria Krakowska, and public transport hubs aims to create a vibrant urban community. The project aligns with Krakow's historical context, blending tradition with modern design.
