Echo Investment has sold Building C in the Brain Park office complex in Kraków for EUR 33 million. The 13,700 sq m property, which is fully leased, was acquired by Greenstone Asset Management. The transaction follows Echo’s sale of the Libero shopping center in Katowice for EUR 103 million in October, aligning with the company’s strategy to focus on profitable growth. For Greenstone, which has invested about EUR 150 million in Polish commercial real estate since 2017, this is its first acquisition in Kraków.

The buyer plans to enhance the asset’s value through active management and ESG improvements. Office investment activity in Poland has been strong in 2025, with around EUR 900 million allocated to office buildings in the first three quarters.
