EDP Energia Polska has launched a new energy storage offer for small, medium, and large enterprises, addressing the growing demand for energy independence and efficiency in Poland. The solutions, integrated with solar installations (BESS), allow companies to store surplus energy and use it when demand is high—reducing electricity costs, emissions, and dependency on the public grid.

EDP offers two models: a transactional purchase (outright or in installments) and a subscription model where EDP handles installation and maintenance for a fixed monthly fee. The initiative supports Poland’s energy transition, business continuity, and sustainable image. EDP operates globally in renewables, with 31.8 GW of capacity and 9 million customers, including in Poland since 2007.
