Eiffage with new residential project in Warsaw
Developer Eiffage Immobilier Polska has launched sales in its Stalowa 27 residential project in Warsaw. The scheme will be located on ul. Stalowa in the city’s Praga Północ district with its architecture to correspond with that of the neighboring historic tenement houses. The development will accommodate 60 apartments. It will be built by general contractor Eiffage Polska Budownictwo and is to be completed in Q1 2021. In Warsaw, Eiffage Immobilier Polska earlier developed the Villa Sadyba housing investment in the Mokotów district.
