ElevenLabs, a London-based voice AI company founded by Poles Mati Staniszewski and Piotr Dąbkowski, was valued at $22 billion in a sale of employee shares. The valuation, led by Wellington Management and T. Rowe Price, is double its February level of $11 billion and equivalent to nearly PLN 85 billion. Only Orlen and PKO BP are worth more among Polish companies listed in Warsaw. Founded in 2022, ElevenLabs has expanded from text-to-speech into real-time voice generation and modification for media, gaming and customer service.

Business clients provide 55% of revenue, and annualized recurring revenue has exceeded $500 million. The company aims to be IPO-ready within two to three years and is considering a dual listing in Warsaw.
