The "Zwolnieni z Teorii" platform inspires young people to engage in social projects and equips them with valuable skills and a strong sense of purpose. Participants who complete their projects receive an international project management certificate from the Project Management Institute (PMI). Top teams in Poland compete for the prestigious "Wilki" awards, presented by government officials and business leaders. Paula Bruszewska, President of the Zwolnieni z Teorii Foundation, emphasized the initiative's impact.

"These projects give youth a sense of mission and purpose by helping others and improving the world. They also develop future-ready skills like teamwork, empathy, and problem-solving—essential in a tech-driven world," she said.

This initiative empowers youth to impact their communities and prepares them for future challenges.
