Enterprise Investors' Polish Enterprise Fund VII has agreed to sell Nu-Med Group, a network of oncology radiotherapy clinics, to Affidea, pending approval from the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. Nu-Med, which expanded significantly under EI's ownership from a single center to a major oncology provider, will now join Affidea’s portfolio. The acquisition aligns with Affidea's commitment to enhancing cancer care in Poland. Nu-Med’s 2023 revenue was PLN 258 million. Enterprise Investors, a major private equity firm in Central and Eastern Europe, has invested €2.3 billion in 156 companies since 1990. Affidea operates 366 centers across Europe and is majority-owned by Groupe Bruxelles Lambert (GBL).
