Entrepreneurs could soon receive grants for energy storage construction
Polish businesses can apply for new grants and low-interest loans for renewable energy, biogas, heat storage, green upgrades and truck-charging infrastructure. From Nov. 2, energy-intensive firms can seek PLN 5 mln to PLN 300 mln in loans covering up to 100% of eligible renewable-energy project costs, with a possible bonus of up to 30%. Biogas projects can receive grants covering up to 40% of eligible costs and loans for the full investment.
A planned heat-storage program offers grants of up to 50%. PARP’s PLN 800 mln fund offers 0.5% loans of PLN 2.5 mln to PLN 15 mln for green and digital projects. Truck-charging grants have a budget of about PLN 1 bln and may cover all eligible costs.
