Erbud has contract for guesthouses in Świeradów-Zdrój for PLN 70.6 mln net
Erbud has signed a contract to build a complex of guesthouse buildings together with accompanying infrastructure in Świeradów-Zdrój for a net amount of PLN 70.6 million, the company announced. The investor is Bella Vista, based in Warsaw. The work will be carried out from November 12, 2025, to December 31, 2027.
Erbud Group is a Polish construction group providing services in the residential, commercial, public utility, road-engineering, and energy sectors in Poland and other European countries. It has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2007 and is part of the sWIG80 index. In 2024, it generated consolidated revenues of PLN 2.98 billion.
