Erbudu consortium has contract for student housing worth PLN 91.3 mln
A consortium including MOD21 (an Erbud subsidiary) and Wolf Müller has signed a PLN 91.3 million (EUR 21.95 million) contract to build student housing in Mannheim, Germany. The project involves a four-story residential complex above an ALDI store in Neuostheim, following a "design and build" model.
MOD21 GmbH’s share of the contract is PLN 41.8 million. This investment aligns with Erbud’s strategy to expand modular construction solutions in the European market.
