Eurostat: Retail sales in Poland up by 4% y/y in February

Eurostat: Retail sales in Poland up by 4% y/y in February

Seasonally adjusted retail sales in Poland increased by 4 percent y/y in February 2021, the EU statistical office Eurostat reported. In monthly terms, retail sales in Poland increased by 2.7 percent.

In the entire European Union (EU27), retail sales increased by 2.9 percent m/m and fell by 2.2 percent in annual terms.

According to the Central Statistical Office (GUS), retail sales (in constant prices) fell by 3.1 percent y/y in February 2021. In monthly terms, an increase of 3.5 percent was recorded.
