Executive Innovation Forum 2025: Who really drives innovation in Poland?

On October 29, 2025, for the 13th time, leaders of innovation and technology will gather at the Executive Innovation Forum.
This year’s edition, held under the patronage of the Ministry of Digital Affairs, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, and numerous honorary patrons, will also bring together leading experts and visionaries, including special guests from the Top 50 Global Thinkers.
Participants will discuss the reasons why Poland remains outside the top ranks of the Global Innovation Index, explore effective innovation implementation strategies, and consider how to create an environment that fosters creativity and cooperation between large corporations, startups, and universities.
The discussions will also address digital business transformation and the role of AI in process automation, cybersecurity challenges in an era of increasingly sophisticated threats, building organizational resilience, and public-private cooperation in protecting critical infrastructure.
Participants will also take a closer look at Poland’s innovation ecosystem, the role of women in developing breakthrough technologies, and the prospects of transforming Poland into a regional innovation hub.
The Executive Innovation Forum 2025 will conclude with the Innovation Diamonds Gala, during which groundbreaking projects, products, companies, and leaders from key sectors of the economy will be recognized.
