EY Polska found that 71% of Polish service-sector companies have either implemented or are currently deploying AI solutions. While 37% have already introduced AI tools and 34% are still implementing them, 18% halted their AI projects, the highest share among surveyed industries. The report notes that the services sector is highly diverse, resulting in varied levels of AI adoption and strategy.

Most companies see AI as a way to reduce operating costs, improve service quality, and expand operations. Around 61% already have an AI strategy, while many continue investing in employee training. However, results have often fallen short of expectations due to weak data management and unclear implementation plans. Many firms also expect AI to reduce demand for repetitive and entry-level roles over the next 18 months.
