Fitch rating agency is carefully observing the independence of institutions in Poland and the World Bank's WGI ratios, the main analyst of Fitch for Poland Arvind Ramakrishnan said on Friday. "WGI indicators are very important (for country credit assessment)," he underscored.
Ramakrishnan added that Poland's rating at "A-" has remained stable since 2017 but has not gained, despite the strong economic growth in Poland. According to the analyst, Poland's net external debt is "significantly" higher than in other countries with the same rating.
