According to Deloitte’s “2025 Global Health Care Outlook,” 72% of healthcare organizations globally will prioritize investment in digital infrastructure this year, while 90% expect to use advanced technologies, including AI, more frequently. Although healthcare lags behind other sectors in digital transformation, demographic shifts and rising expectations are pushing adoption.

Tools like AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics are seen as opportunities to boost productivity and efficiency. Remote healthcare is also gaining traction—76% view it as a key 2025 trend, and 62% plan to invest in online services. Challenges include limited funding, workforce shortages, and growing cyber threats—prompting 78% of providers to enhance cybersecurity and 80% to call for more AI regulation.
