Former site of Tesco store in Ursynów will become apartments
Echo Investment plans to build a residential complex on the former Tesco site in Warsaw’s Ursynów district using the lex developer procedure. The project includes eight multi family buildings, one of which will reach up to eleven floors, and a new public square surrounded by service and retail units that will form the new Kabaty Market Square. Between 380 and 410 apartments and 15 to 20 service premises are planned, along with major public space upgrades and road improvements, including a new roundabout on the main avenue. The development will offer significant greenery, public amenities, and hundreds of parking spaces, including 145 spaces intended for the district as future park and ride spots.
The proposal has received a positive opinion from the city’s architecture office.
